No, all search and booking services are completely free for patients.

No, there is no payment system or fees.
What happens after submitting a booking request?
The appointment is created immediately, and the patient receives a message to confirm the booking and follow up on details. The clinic may contact you as needed, but the appointment is already registered.
How can I modify the booking?
You can modify or cancel the booking through the link in the booking confirmation message or from the platform's mobile app.
What should I do if I don't find a doctor in my city?
Try expanding the search range or choosing a nearby specialty, or contact support for assistance.
